Practice with a purpose

Do the task.
See what happened.

DispatchReps is a digital self-study course for people preparing for dispatcher assessments. Its original fictional exercises turn selected skills into work you can practice and review.

01 / CAPTURE

Work through the details

Listen, type, compare and respond. Guided, Practice and Harder forms provide different levels of support and challenge.

02 / REVIEW

Understand your errors

Review factual accuracy, missed answers, number transpositions and response times. Chronological replay shows how your entries changed.

03 / REPEAT

Choose focused practice

Use measured errors to identify what to work on next. Repeating a form repeats its facts; a familiar score is not a fresh assessment.

Before you practice

Clear expectations.

Is this official CritiCall practice?

DispatchReps is an independent dispatcher-assessment preparation resource, not an official CritiCall product. All exercises are original. Agencies may assess different skills and use different scoring methods.

Will the results predict whether I pass?

No. Results describe performance on these practice exercises. They do not provide a proprietary test score, passing probability or employment guarantee. A single attempt cannot establish that an interruption caused an error.

Can I purchase access now?

No. The planned offer is US$49 for 30 days of online course access. Sales are closed while launch preparation continues; this website does not accept payment or reserve access.

What equipment is the course designed for?

A desktop or laptop with a physical keyboard and audio output. Headphones and a quiet space are recommended. Chrome has been used for development checks; final supported-browser details will be confirmed before sale.

Where are contact and refund details?

All sales are final, with no discretionary refunds except where required by applicable law. This does not limit payment disputes or excuse non-delivery. Read the refund policy and check support setup status.
