DispatchReps is an original digital self-study course for dispatcher applicants. Read the access, refund and privacy details before purchasing.

Paid checkout is not available.

No purchases are being accepted while payment approval, content acceptance and delivery checks are completed. Free practice remains available without an account.

Course access & intended use

DispatchReps costs US$49 paid once for 30 consecutive days (720 hours) of online course access. The access period starts at successful payment, not at first sign-in. There is no subscription or automatic renewal.

After payment is confirmed, verify the email used at checkout to claim your account and open the course. Use the same email for returning sign-in. There is no physical product or shipping.

Practice is designed for a desktop or laptop browser, a physical keyboard and audio output. Try the free exercise before buying. Chrome is used for current browser checks.

Exercises are original and fictional. They are for preparation only, never assistance during a live employment assessment or a real emergency. Results describe work done in these exercises and do not predict passing, certification or employment.

DispatchReps is independent and is not an official CritiCall product. No promotion, subscription or paid trial is offered.

All sales are final. No discretionary refunds are offered, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

This policy does not limit rights under applicable law, prevent payment disputes, or excuse failure to deliver purchased access. Duplicate charges, delivery problems and legally required refunds will be reviewed and resolved; they are not treated as ordinary change-of-mind requests.

If a full refund is processed, course access ends. There is no recurring plan to cancel. For a duplicate charge, access problem or request involving applicable rights, use the verified support channel once its setup is complete. Do not send card details.

Privacy & practice data

DispatchReps has no advertising pixels or third-party analytics. The free exercise saves its session and results in this browser. Its reset controls clear the relevant local practice record.

When customer accounts are enabled, email is used to verify sign-in and match a completed purchase. An encrypted, HTTP-only cookie maintains the account session. A separate short-lived receipt cookie helps return from checkout. Card information is entered on Stripe's hosted checkout and is not stored by this application.

Course attempts, answers, timings and replay snapshots are cached on the device and synced to the signed-in account through Supabase. Results are client-reported practice records, not verified assessment scores. Clearing the device cache does not delete the server copy.

Cloudflare delivers the website and may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser details. Supabase handles authentication, the account database and private course files; Stripe handles checkout and payment events when enabled. Resend is selected for sign-in email; email sign-in stays disabled until setup and delivery testing are complete.

Saved account history is not automatically deleted when course access expires. The retention period and account-deletion procedure will be stated before paid accounts open; no fixed retention period or automatic deletion is promised here. Customer accounts and paid checkout are currently unavailable.
